FREE or CHEAP! Den Building at Osterley

Crossing off another item from the '50 things' list...No. 4 - Build a Den. While you have the privilege of enjoying the beautiful park at Osterley (which also has a cafe, shop and some outdoor games equipment) for free...if you want to visit the house or explore and take part in activities in their Kitchen Garden or Den Arena, you will have to pay a small charge which of course is waived if you are a National Trust member like us. I probably say this every time we visit a NT property but I just think that paying a little under £6 a month is great value for money for what you get in return...and there are always deals around to get it cheaper still.
